Once you know that there is no such product in the market and there is a demand for it, the next step will be to create your product. But before that, you need to get feedback from your customers who are looking for this particular solution. Why do they need it? How will they use it? How much value does it add to their lives? Then, this feedback will help you in coming up with an effective marketing strategy. As well as an effective way of selling your product.

Development of Product

You might have come up with an idea of what kind of solution you want to offer. But now comes the development part where you create something based on your ideas and assumptions about customer needs and wants. This also includes testing for bugs and fixing them if any are found. As well as making sure that your product works as per expectations before releasing it into the market. Then, testing can be done by either creating prototypes or doing paper-based testing.
