How to Be One of Them
We now know what their roles are and what sets them apart. So, how do you become one of them? Firstly, to be a CTO, you will need to have a bachelor’s degree in computer science or electrical engineering. And also, you will need to have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the field.
Then, to be a VP R&D, you will need to have a master’s degree in computer science or electrical engineering. And also, you will need to have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the field.
When it comes to skills, you need to have the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. And also, you need to have good communication skills and leadership qualities.
